Kali Puja is celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. The district is home to many popular Kali Puja pandals, which attract thousands of devotees from all over the state. Kali Puja is a time for great joy and celebration in North 24 Parganas. It is a time to come together as a community to worship the goddess Kali and seek her blessings. It is also a time to reflect on the duality of life and to celebrate the power of creation and destruction.
Kali pujo at Battala sporting club always means larger than life celebration of the community. Last year the Kali idol was 60 Ft high. Battala Sporting club Kalipuja is celebration of a grand festival lasting 4-5 days with State Ministers, Govt officials, Tollywood Actors, Singers and eminent personalities from all walks of life joining in our celebration to make it a memorable one. The entire community gathers for a unforgettable experience and celebration.
Kali puja at Battala Sporting club last year was a means to bring the entire community together for a common cause & Celebration. The events in evening attracted crowd in huge numbers with massive footfall on all the days.
